During the 22 years of existence, P&S CAPITAL has built a strong track record of successful investments in small and medium-sized companies in Slovenia. This, combined with extensive financial advisory and management consulting experience in the region of South Eastern Europe, has lead us to establish private equity as a separate business activity within P&S Group.
In 2006 P&S CAPITAL became the sponsor and initiator of P&S East Growth Luxembourg SICAR SCA private equity fund, focusing on investments in medium-size service sector companies in Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. The fund is now fully invested. Upon realization of exits we have a view on raising new bigger funds dedicated to the target region, and thus deal sourcing is being pursued actively on an on-going basis.
While continuing to develop the portfolio companies in the P&S East Growth Fund, we are at the same time actively looking for deal opportunities in the region. This is done with a view of both of new bigger funds dedicated to our target region in the future as well as execution of private equity type deals on an individual basis within a pool of interested investors.
As part of our investment management arm of operations, we provide investment consulting services to individual and institutional clients seeking to preserve and increase the value of their wealth. To this end, P&S Group has partnered with the team of Dr. Yevhen Pentsak – a world class investment expert with over 10 years of experience. Yevhen is Academic Director of Master of Banking and Finance program at Kyiv Mohyla Business School and holds a PhD in Financial Asset Management and Engineering from Lausanne University and Swiss Finance Institute.
